Summer Lake Vacations, LLC, a Delaware Corporation,
is a holding company for the following entities in Middle Tennessee:
- Mt Joy Communities: We are 450 acres. It's 70/30 woods to meadow , available and mostly suitable for development. You will find layout maps, pricing, future land development plans for the next 5 years. There are a couple of meadows which are larger than 30 acres, suitable for large events, or gatherings.
- Mt Joy Retreat Recreation Center
: Retreat Center available for group or individual rental. On 50 acres. Includes full kitcshen facilities, a
20x40 HEATED swimmming pool, 6 person hot tub, wooded & stream trails, suitable for both hiking and trail riding,
3 general use cabins/bunkhouses, 8 private cabins (sleep 3 max) including two that are surrounded by woods.

- Meadowhaven Community A Spiritual Community. We have one of the northside meadows, closest to Main Camp. Description coming soon!
- Red Bud Community under construction. Group of local residents and workers.
