There have been some complications on the homefront, under the current set of circumstances. There is the idea of a
larger coop proposal, drawn up by a person of legal standard, who would like to see this work, someway,
at this location.
FIXTURES FOR SALE
Remember all the furniture that you saw up here?
Depending on who purchases this property, and what it is used for, there a high likelyhood that ALL the furniture, and other fixtures
not attached to the house will be up for sale. This includes:
Two sleeper sofas
Three king size mattresses sets
Four full size mattress sets
Bedframes for everything, except the kings
Dressers, nightstands, lamps
Computer parts (for laptops and desktops)
Building materials that we never used (that were going to be for projects we never started)
Curtains
File Cabinent
Kitchenware
Mission Dining room table 8.5' x 3'
Coffee Tables
Treadmill (not from sears or wallyworld)
Two vehicles (Blazer, Cargo Van)-- both need work-- make offer
Another lazy summer. We had one "small gathering", and I've made frequent appearances this year to work with the agent,
in trying to sell this out. There's been a few interested parties, but no sales yet. Now looking to parcel out the land
into 6 parts, including the center one for the house, and flag lots on the perimeter.. Anything to parcel off part of this...
heck, the septic tests were done... may as well get something for them.
as you can see, things have changed a little. (see the above Alert about a potential proposal to keep this "in the family")
Interest List
That is still operational. Either here, or somewhere else, do express interest, if being part of a
sustainable community for naked men is your interest. It's still in the works, just not sure where it
